APERITIF

You can choose 4 dishes, one each course, to create your favorite menu.

STARTER
• Salmon tartar, yogurt, cucumbers and pink pepper
• Zucchini flower stuffed with red prawn on Gazpacho and burrata
• Tomato flan, Parmigiano Reggiano and basil
• Guinea fowl and pistachio, peppers and orange terrine
• Beef carpaccio, cusié cheese, mushrooms and summer truffle

PASTA COURSE
• Raviolini stuffed with burrata, porcini mushrooms and summer truffle
• Potato gnocchi, basil pesto, tripe and confit cherry tomatoes
• Cavatelli with cod fish, fresh herbs, citrus fruits and bread crumbs
• Shrimp tortelli, “chickpeas and mussels”
• Risotto with cuttlefish, black cuttlefish, lemon and friggitelli

MAIN COURSE
• Tuna fillet, spicy “caponata”, rocket saladand almonds
• Roasted sea bass fillet, aubergines and lemon
• Catch of the day by Chef Alessio Sedran
• Duck breast marinated in green pepper, potatoes and courgettes
• Fillet of beef in sage crust, beans and pecorino fondue

DESSERTS
• Charlotte of mascarpone, strawberries and dark chocolate
• Chocolate cake and raspberries
• Bavarian yogurt with fruit and vegetables

Bread, coffee, liqueurs from our selection are included.
The menu can be adapted to any type of needs, particular diets and intolerances.
