APERITIF

You can choose 4 dishes, one each course, to create your favorite menu.

STARTER
• Selection of DOP cured meats & cheeses
• Onion stuffed with Tuscan liver patè
• “Acqua cotta”, egg and pecorino au gratin
• Roasted prawns, chickpeas and rosemary
• Fried stuffed sardines and homemade mayonnaise

PASTA COURSE
• Ricotta & Spinach ravioli with butter and sage or old-style ragout
• Potato gnocchi with duck ragout
• Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle
• Tortelli Mugellani (potato tortelli) with octopus sauce
• Paccheri with “Trabaccolara Viareggina” sauce

MAIN COURSE
• Florentine Steak
• Peposo “all’Impunetina” (Typical recipe of the Impruneta tradition: stewed beef with red wine, garlic and black pepper)
• Roasted suckling pig in Porchetta Style
• Catch of the day
(in salt – roasted – grilled – “all’isolana”)
• Stuffed squids in “Guazzetto”
• Cacciucco

All main courses have roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables as side dish

DESSERTS
• Tiramisu
• Chocolate cake with raspberry and whipped cream
• Zuccotto
• Panna cotta with red fruits or chocolate
